The real estate investment fund, Tivio Renda Imobiliária, previously called BB Progressivo II, was born with the objective of acquire real estate from Banco do Brasil and rent to them through atipics contracts with the duration of 10 years.after a technical evaluation was chosen 64 real estates to do part of the fund in all the country divided in bank agencies and commercial buildings. Ended the atipic location contract with the tenant may be signed a new conventional contract. In case of no renovation of any asset the administrator may firm contract with any interested in rent the buildings or promove your alienation.

Distribution the administrator will distribute at least 95% of the profit income calculated in the half-yearly balance sheet ended in June 30 and December 31 of each year. The earned income will be distributed monthly on the tenth working day of each month subsequent to the receipt of funds by the fund.
